This green smoothie is the perfect way to start the day. It will help recover your muscles after a workout, or simply keep you full and energised for your day ahead. It has healthy fats, protein and non-refined carbohydrates, making up a well balanced breakast. 

 

Ingredients: 

Handfull Spinach 

1/2 Zucchini 

1/2 banana *optional 

Vanilla bean 

1 tsp rice malt syrup 

1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice 

1/2cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

Handful of ice

 

Method 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend untill a smooth and thick consistency 
  2. Pour into cup of choice and enjoy :)
