Start with a small, achievable goal ? prove to yourself that you can achieve it. Each time you achieve a goal, you will build self-confidence and improve the amount of ?evidence? that you can achieve any goal you set your mind to.


Once you reach a goal, set a new, slightly bigger and more ambitious goal than the last. Keep repeating this process until you?ve achieved the massive objective you set out to achieve at the start of your journey.

Life can get bust and chaotic. When this happens, it?s so easy to forget the goals you had previously set for yourself. Therefore, it is important to have physical cues that remind you of your goals and the actions you need to take in order to achieve your goals.
