This meal plan is going to absolute "WOW" you.

If you've ever purchased some kind of meal plan before, you'll know that 99% of the time, meal plans are generic. Many personal trainers, weight loss companies and health professionals simply just copy and paste meal plans and give them to all of their clients. Occasionally, they're customised - however, these 'customisations' are extremely limited.

The meal plan that I'll be writing for you is EXTREMELY customised. (No two meal plans I write are ever the same.) And better customisation = better weight loss results.

Additionally, most other meal plans tell you what to make, but not HOW to make it. For example, they'll say:

Monday Night: Lasagne
Tuesday Night: Chicken Salad
Etc.

It's extremely rare that you'll find a meal plan that shows you exactly, step-by-step, how to make these meals. And even if you find a meal plan with recipes – the recipes often aren't specific enough. For example, the ingredients list may simply list something like 'Peanut Butter'. As I'm sure you already know, there are a variety of different peanut butter brands ... and some are much healthier than others – which will affect your overall results.

The meal plan you'll be getting has the exact, step-by-step recipes, with the exact products you'll need. For example, the ingredients list may look like this:

Mayver's Peanut Butter
Leggo's Basil Pesto
Etc.

The ingredients/products you'll find on the meal plan are specifically tailored to the Australian market and can be easily found in Woolies, Coles or IGA.

It's safe to say, that you'd be hard-pressed to find a better meal plan anywhere else in Australia.
